EPS Malaysia Hiring! Full Time QA Engineer in Johor - Ricebowl

About the Opportunities
We are currently hiring QA Engineers for several established manufacturing clients across Johor. Candidates will be matched based on their experience, industry background, technical skills, and preferred location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain quality assurance activities

• Conduct inspections, testing and quality monitoring

• Handle customer complaints and corrective actions

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation

• Conduct internal quality audits

• Monitor CAPA / 8D / root cause analysis

• Work closely with Production, Engineering and other departments

• Ensure compliance with relevant QMS and customer requirements

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably manufacturing

• Experience with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485 will be an advantage

• Familiar with 8D, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP or other quality tools

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
