Hiring! Full Time Production Manager- Assistant (Manufacturing) in Johor - Ricebowl

Manage daily production operations to achieve output, quality and delivery targets.

Plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower and line capacity according to production requirements.

Monitor key production KPIs including output, productivity, yield, downtime, rejection and efficiency.

Identify production bottlenecks and drive corrective actions to improve line performance.

Lead continuous improvement activities involving productivity, line balancing, cycle time, waste reduction and process efficiency.

Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production and equipment-related issues.

Coordinate with Planning and Materials teams to address material shortages or production constraints.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up from trial builds to stable mass production.

Ensure proper production controls including 5S, ESD, work instructions and applicable quality requirements.

Lead, coach and develop supervisors, line leaders and production team members.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, with solid experience in production operation
