Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Consultant to provide professional guidance and support to clients while assisting in project coordination and business operations. This role is suitable for individuals who are proactive, analytical, and enjoy interacting with clients to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client business inquiries and assist with project-related tasks to support client objectives
• Collaborate with senior consultants to plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Conduct research, prepare detailed reports, and analyze data to develop effective client solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly
• Participate actively in client meetings and track follow-up actions to maintain project momentum
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and project documentation
• Support business development and operational initiatives to contribute to company growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and resolve challenges
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software to support daily operations
• Minimum age of 18 years

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior consulting experience is advantageous but not mandatory
