Waiter / Waitress – New Deli Concept by the Marcy’s and Pleasure Craft Group TeamDaytime Hospitality, Done Properly

We’re opening a new lunch-only deli in the CBD, and we’re looking for friendly, energetic waiters and waitresses to help bring it to life.

This is a people-facing role for someone who enjoys movement, conversation, and making someone’s lunch break genuinely better. Think great sandwiches, good coffee, fast rhythms, and warm service—without the chaos of late nights.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests and guiding them through our deli offerings
• Taking orders efficiently and with warmth
• Running food and drinks with care and pace
• Keeping the space clean, organised, and inviting
• Being part of an opening team that sets the tone from day one
