o Direct operations service level performance and efficiency for the designated end-to-end supply chain network (procurement, warehousing, and transportation) to meet localized service-level agreements and inventory targets.

- Logistics & Warehouse Management
o Responsible for the Logistic Operation (warehousing and transportation) managing the market budget for the function delivering Productivity Targets.
o Ensure efficient scheduling and routing to and from plants and their customers to achieve lowest total costs and on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery.
o Schedule shipment to successfully meet customer requirements and ensure effective delivery of services to internal and external customers.
o Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements and system enhancements (SAP, TMS) to improve operational efficiency.
o Integral team member involved in developing, planning and executing new operational strategies across the Region.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
o Prepare management reports, dashboards, and scenario analyses for key metrics, including order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, order completion (sales performance), service provider performance, cost management.
o Serve as the primary liaison with Regional Sales, Global IT, Supply, and Global Operations staff on the delivery of a cost-effective customer focused operation.
o Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customers and resolving customer issues that arise.
o Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and trade compliance requirements.
o Ensure robust operational and audit control processes (documents, systems) are in place for procurement, storage, delivery and sales of products are in place.
o Tendering, assessing and negotiating 3rd party supply chain contracts.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
o Train, and oversee performance for diverse, multinational supply chain teams stationed across key Asian hubs (Shanghai and Japan)
- Report directly to Senior Operations Manager, APAC.
o Lead a small team

Education & Experience
Experience : Generally, 3-7 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or other Business-related disciplines. Familiar with a variety of SCM concepts, practices, and procedures. Experienced in managing projects.
Leadership : High performance leader of a regional team of 1-2 members for a minimum of 1-2 years would be preferred.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
Technical skills : Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, WMS) and advanced Microsoft Applications, including excel.
Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines.
Exceptional Interpersonal skills with desire to be a team member.
High performer with initiative to learn other responsibilities.
