Job Description
Service Leadership: Lead a professional team and assist the service supervisor in planning and driving service development.
Quality & Branding: Assess community needs, identify service gaps, establish service branding, and enhance staff performance to elevate service quality.
Outcome Evaluation: Manage, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness and overall outcomes of service programs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Secure resources, strengthen local networks, and collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to support long-term development.
Direct Practice: Deliver parent-child and intergenerational casework, group work, large-scale community events, and professional training workshops.
Staff Supervision: Supervise professional and administrative staff, providing guidance and clinical support to ensure performance meets organizational standards.
Operations Management: Effectively manage administrative, financial, and human resource matters for the service unit.
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirement
Master’s degree in social services, social work, or a related field. Must be a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or a registered Art, Music, Play, or Drama Psychotherapist.
At least 8 to 10 years of clinical experience, specifically focusing on parent-related work, along with a proven track record of leading projects independently.
Ability to develop and champion healthy parent-teen and intergenerational communication models within the industry.
Strong capacity to execute strategic goals and build robust engagement strategies with community partners.
Ability to lead data-driven service initiatives and conduct relevant research.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to advocate for service initiatives and present impactful outcomes to key funders and diverse community partners.
