Responsibilities

• Lead an operations and warehouse team to ensure seamless daily operations as well as to enhance productivity and efficiency in airfreight export and import.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents and suppliers to secure best prices, contracts and sufficient cargo space to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Work closely with all internal stakeholders and customers to offer the best prices and solutions to meet the company’s target.

• Implement quality control and provide operational support for all business initiatives and strategic projects and key accounts.

• Review, update and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on KPIs, performance metrics, feedback, and evolving business needs to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

• Analyses market trends, customer demand, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and report to senior management regularly.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics Management related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of solid air transportation operations management experience, previous experience in airline is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in operations software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
