Job Scope

1. TMS & System Management

• Operate and maintain Transport Management System (TMS) for shipment planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of data input (orders, routes, vehicle assignments).
• Generate reports on fleet utilization, transport cost, and delivery performance.

2. Driver & Fleet Management

• Assign drivers and vehicles according to delivery plans.
• Monitor driver performance, punctuality, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Ensure drivers adhere to safety, legal, and regulatory requirements (rest times, speed limits, etc.).

3. GPS Tracking & Monitoring

• Use GPS systems to monitor real-time vehicle locations and progress.
• Provide live updates to internal teams/customers on shipment status.
• Address route deviations, delays, or breakdowns promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Booking Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily IKA delivery bookings for 99 deliveries.
• Coordinate vehicle assignment, loading schedules, and dispatching with warehouse and transport partners.
• Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded in the system and communicated to relevant parties.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise directly with customers (99 and related IKA accounts) to confirm delivery requirements and schedules.
• Act as the main contact point for transport-related matters, including changes, delays, and urgent requests.
• Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and verify transport documentation (Delivery Orders, Booking Confirmations, PODs).
• Ensure timely submission and tracking of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, customer standards, and regulatory requirements.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and monitor delivery status, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Report daily and weekly delivery performance, including exceptions and issues.
• Support management with data on transport costs, penalties, and efficiency metrics.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and planning skills for high-volume deliveries.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills with customers and transport providers.
• Knowledge of transport booking systems / logistics software is an advantage.
• High attention to detail in handling delivery documents and booking accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Experience using TMS software (planning, scheduling, reporting).
• Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems and real-time monitoring.
• Proven experience in driver and fleet management.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
