Job Description & Requirements
* Basic Salary from $1500 to $2170
* Morning & Mid Shift
* Review Award
* Quarterly attendance allowance
* Medical bonus
* Performance bonus
The Housekeeper Room Attendant is responsible for the care, hospitality and service given to our guests throughout their stay, responsibility such as ensure the cleanliness and tidyness enviroment of the hotel which include guest room, common area, & lobby. Successful candidate may be posted to Bugis or Chinatown property.
Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of Housekeeping supervisor
Perform a variety of cleaning activities, planing and execution according to standards established by the hotel. It involves, but not limited to, making the bed, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath supplies, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the carpet.
Ensure all rooms and common area are cared for and inspected according to standards;
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies;
Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances;
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience;
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate;
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Strictly adhere to privacy & security of guest belongings
** Successful candidate might be posted to either Bugis, Chinatown or Rochor
