Our Program

The XFA Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience esigned for students and fresh graduates who are eager to explore career pathways in the financial industry. This program equips interns with practical skills, growth opportunities, and leadership exposure.

We are hiring for two exciting roles:

1) Business Admin/HR Intern:

• Client Support & Documentation – Assist in preparing quotations, summaries, handover documents, and client correspondence
• Operational & Data Management – Manage paperwork, claims, e-policy filing, due lists, nominations, and credit status
• Scheduling & Follow-ups – Coordinate appointments, track reminders, and ensure consistent client touchpoints
• HR & Talent Support – Assist with internship coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation.
• Performance Tracking – Analyze monthly agent performance, case trends, and activity ratios
• Internal Coordination – Support internal workflows and maintain shared communication channels
• Client Gifting & Care – Help plan and prepare gifts for clients based on birthdays, milestones, and festive occasions

2) Digital Marketing Intern:

• Marketing & Content Creation –Support the development of digital content including posters, short videos, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Social Media Management – Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Event Planning & Execution – Coordinate and support company events, appreciation campaigns, and educational talks
• Market Research & Strategy – Research target markets and audience trends to support marketing direction
• Digital Presence Development – Contribute ideas and creative efforts to strengthen Xenwealth’s online presence and engagement.
• Client Engagement Support – Assist with communication follow-ups, inquiries, and relationship-building activities.
• Business Exposure – Gain insights into business development, teamwork, and professional growth within a financial advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, reliable, and proactive mindset
• Analytical with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with Canva, Capcut or any creator tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
• Positive team player attitude
