Job Descriptions:

• Handle full set of accounts, including daily accounting entries, accruals, fixed asset recording and month-end closing;

• Prepare monthly management reports, financial schedules, and variance analysis for group review;

• Assist with group consolidation, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations;

• Support audit and statutory reporting processes, including liaison with external auditors;

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and group accounting policies;

• Assist in ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or finance;

• Member of HKICPA or ACCA;

• At least 5 years working experience with some experience in audit firm;

• Proficiency in MS office applications and be able to use advanced techniques in excel;

• Working experience in manufacturing sector or use of ERP is an added advantage;

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin;

• A team player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

• Self-motivated, independent, meticulous and capable of prioritizing workload.
