Key Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiating contracts for best pricing, quality, and payment terms.
• Production Planning: Forecast demand, analyze consumption patterns, and order materials to ensure zero stock-outs.
• Inventory Control: Oversee store operations, ensure accurate inventory records, and lead regular inventory counts.
• Supplier Management: Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends to implement cost-saving initiatives and meet budgetary requirements.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, often with >5 years in manufacturing.
• Systems: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or relevant field.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM10,401.81 per month
