We are looking for a responsible and organized Affiliate Admin Executive to support the daily administration and coordination of our TikTok Shop affiliate activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update affiliate and creator records accurately.
• Contact and follow up with creators regarding campaigns, product samples and content requirements.
• Assist in onboarding new TikTok creators and affiliates.
• Coordinate product sample arrangements and keep sample records updated.
• Follow up on video content, live promotions and posting deadlines.
• Track creator activities, content submissions and affiliate sales performance.
• Update internal records such as creator lists, sample trackers, content trackers and sales trackers.
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly affiliate reports.
• Assist in communicating product information and campaign guidelines to creators.
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties related to affiliate operations when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Administration or other relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Organized and able to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with creators through WhatsApp, TikTok and other communication channels.
• Basic knowledge or interest in TikTok, social media and e-commerce.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable working with spreadsheets and online systems.
• Able to follow instructions, company procedures and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in administration, e-commerce, affiliate marketing or social media is an advantage, but not required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
