We are looking for a responsible and motivated Affiliate Operations Executive to manage and support the daily operations of our TikTok Shop affiliate program.

Job Responsibilities

• Search for and recruit suitable TikTok creators and affiliates to promote company products.
• Onboard new creators and explain product information, campaign guidelines and cooperation requirements.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with creators and affiliates.
• Coordinate and manage product samples for approved creators.
• Follow up with creators on video content, live promotions and posting deadlines.
• Monitor creator activity and encourage affiliates to actively promote company products.
• Track affiliate content, sample progress and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate creator, sample, content and sales records.
• Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly affiliate reports.
• Identify creators who require further follow-up and assist in improving overall affiliate performance.
• Ensure creators follow company guidelines and use accurate product information.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Administration or other relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, hardworking, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Comfortable communicating and building relationships with TikTok creators.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in TikTok, social media, affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
• Organized and able to manage multiple creators and tasks at the same time.
• Able to maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social media, e-commerce or related fields is an advantage, but not required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
