Job Summary

You will coordinate client calls and internal team assignments, track helpdesk cases to meet service level agreements, and communicate resolution updates to clients.

Responsibilities

• Route client calls accurately to the appropriate internal teams for timely job assignment
• Monitor helpdesk cases actively to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
• Communicate promptly with clients to confirm internal team responses and job resolution status
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth case handling and resolution

Working Hours

• Weekdays, 9am to 6pm
