Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve departmental goals.

• Plan and allocate work schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage.

• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Handle operational issues, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

• Support management in implementing new processes, initiatives, and improvements.
