Role: Co-operative Relations & Solutions Partner

Level: Executive/ Senior Executive

To empower co-operatives to grow stronger and more sustainable through strategic partnerships, capability building, and transformation support.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned-operatives, building relationships and understanding their needs,challenges, and aspirations to provide tailored advice, support, and solutions.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies and partners.

2.      Grant & Programme Advisory 

  • Advise co-operatives on grant opportunities, guide applicants throughthe process, evaluate applications, and assess post-grant impact and effectiveness.
  • Promote the adoption of relevant initiatives by providing guidance throughout the application, implementation, and post-implementation stages.

3.      Programme Development & Coordination

  • Lead or support the development, enhancement and implementation of social impact and capability-building programmes including presentation, reports, and project updates for management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholdercommunications independently.

4.      Regional & International Engagement

  • Represent SNCF and the Singapore Co-operative Movement at selected local, regional and international meetings, forums, conferences and learning exchanges.
  • Support the planning and coordination of overseas engagements, including stakeholder liaison, logistics, administration and delegation management.

Qualifications& Experience

1.Degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field.

2. Fresh graduates with proven involvement in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or community projects, OR professionals(min. 3 years) in client-facing or partnership roles.

3. Able to interpret financial statements and understand business operations would be an added advantage.

4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

5. Interest or experience in social impact, enterprise support, or co-operative development.
