Job Summary

Join SRI PTE. LTD. as a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and manage digital platforms in a dynamic real estate setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand positioning and unique selling propositions within the real estate industry
• Build and increase public awareness of the company’s brand across digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Lead the creative team to produce engaging designs and videos, managing production schedules for trainings, events, and webinars
• Create content for talk shows and promotional videos to support marketing campaigns
• Monitor emerging digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies for management approval and execution
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and planning of corporate events to ensure alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely support to management for events and conferences

Required competencies and certifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including experience managing online channels and social media platforms
• Leadership skills to guide creative teams and collaborate across departments
• Creativity and interpersonal skills to foster team engagement and innovative marketing approaches
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing and communications role
