Job responsibilities:

·      Own the SAP RISE technical architecture, performance, and security governance.

·      Lead the management and governance of integrations, BTP, CPI, and cloud infrastructure.

·      Ensure stability, compliance, and operational excellence across SAP S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and connected platforms.

·      Drive technical issue resolution, root cause analysis, and vendor/SAP engagement.

·      Define and maintain the SAP technical roadmap, driving innovation and alignment with enterprise strategy.

·      Manage SAP landscape blueprint and environment lifecycle including DEV, QA, PREPROD, and PROD.

·      Lead and develop a cross-functional technical team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

·      Build or ensure the cloud-native extensions and custom apps using the Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model, Node.js, Java,or SAP RAP.

·      Design and manage integration flows (iFlows)between SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).

·      Manage global accounts, subaccounts, trust configurations, destinations, and security roles via the BTP Cockpit

·      Balancing technical governance with agile delivery in a complex, multi-cloud SAP RISE environment.

·      Managing cross-vendor and hyperscale relationships to ensure service level compliance and issue resolution.

·      Ensuring security, compliance, and risk mitigation in a dynamic regulatory and cybersecurity landscape.

·      Aligning technical decisions with evolving enterprise architecture and business transformation priorities.

·      Leading a geographically dispersed team with diverse technical specializations and stakeholder expectations.

·      System availability and performance metrics for SAP RISE and connected platforms.

·      Compliance with SAP clean core, extensibility, and upgrade standards.

·      Timeliness and effectiveness of technical issue resolution and escalations.

·      Achievement of SAP technical roadmap milestones and innovation adoption.

·      Team engagement, capability development, and leadership effectiveness.

·      Approval of SAP RISE and SAP BTP technical architecture and integration standards.

·      Prioritization of technical issues and escalation paths with vendors and SAP.

·      Resource allocation and team structure to meet operational and strategic objectives.

·      Selection and adoption of new SAP technologies and innovations.

·      Governance of compliance, security policies, and risk mitigation strategies.

·      All activities are reviewed for safety to self, staff, and others.

·      All hazards are identified, and appropriate management strategies recommended.

·      All accidents and incidents are reported on appropriate forms and issues for resolution and management articulated

·      Operating in accordance with SBF policies and procedures

·      Other duties deemed necessary by SBF for the achievement of business outcomes

Job requirements:

·      10–15 years of SAP and technical leadership experience

·      Deep expertise in SAP RISE, S/4HANA Cloud, HANADB, BTP, and CPI

·      Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure,AWS, GCP)

·      Proven leadership of cross-functional technical teams

·      Experience in large-scale SAP transformations and cloud programs

·      Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·      SAP RISE / BTP certification

·      Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-market APAC environments

·      Prior exposure to SAP RISE service models and hyperscaler operations

·      Experience working with AMS partners

·      Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and monitoring tools
