Job Summary

Manage procurement activities for semiconductor fabrication parts, ensuring timely sourcing, vendor negotiation, and resolution of supply issues to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage procurement of fabrication parts to meet production requirements
• Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier quotes accurately and efficiently
• Review and analyze vendor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with specifications
• Coordinate and resolve escalated supply issues such as shipment delays and documentation status to maintain production schedules
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to support ongoing procurement needs and operational continuity
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) to prepare procurement documentation and reports
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges and optimize sourcing processes
• Work independently and manage workload effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Electronic, or Manufacturing discipline
• Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with Syspro system
