Job Description 

• Sourcing products and evaluate pricing, availability, and specifications from multiple vendors.

• Recommend product alternatives to meet customer requirements and business needs.

• Prepare and update quotations in close coordination with the sales team to ensure accuracy.

• Create, issue, and amend purchase orders (PO) and follow up on acknowledgements, stock availability, and lead times.

• Process and verify sales and supplier orders; resolve discrepancies in pricing, part numbers, or quantities.

• Coordinate delivery and logistics; monitor shipments and manage schedule changes or delays.

• Liaise with vendors, sales, and internal teams to align on specifications, timelines, and order adjustments.

• Perform ad-hoc duties, including urgent requests, documentation, and etc.

• HR Coordination & Liaising works required

• Knowledge in IT Field Preferred.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

• Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-tasks in handling tasks.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

• Team player, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision within tight deadlines.
