Oversee the daily operations of the Finance Department and ensure smooth financial processes across the organization.

Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare payroll, CPF submissions, IR8A/IR21, and ensure timely statutory reporting to the relevant authorities.

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, cash flow reports, GST returns, and corporate tax schedules.

Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning, banking facilities, foreign exchange transactions, and fund management.

Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis, providing recommendations to management.

Coordinate year-end closing and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

Monitor and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee the purchase, renewal, and administration of company licences, permits, insurance policies, and corporate registrations.

Support management with financial analysis, business planning, cost control initiatives, and strategic decision-making.

Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance development.

Review and approve payment vouchers, staff claims, supplier payments, and customer credit terms.

Assist in the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems, ERP software, and finance-related digitalisation initiatives.

Perform any other finance and administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.
