Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or workarounds
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems, including motors, fans, and thermostats
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations related to HVAC systems and refrigerant handling
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed in a service management system
- Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements based on customer needs and industry trends
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE
- Conducting routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Performing installations of new heating and cooling systems.
- Collaborating with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines while on job sites.
- Timely completion of work orders.
