Job Descriptions:

• Maintenance and update of leave and TMS systems.
• Prepare shift roster and update shift schedules in TMS. 
• Checking overtime and attendance against TMS records.
• Manage employees’ claims eg. Medical claim, transport claim etc.
• Prepare daily and monthly HR reports.
• Maintain and update employee locker records, HR notice boards and personal files and documents.
• Preparation of welcome notice, birthday notices, condolence notice, and payment, birthday gift, etc.
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the HR Manager / Section Head/ Senior HR Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in HR functions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
