Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to develop, manage and improve an enterprise ServiceNow platform.
You will work with business and technical teams to build ServiceNow workflows, configure the platform and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and applications.
- Work across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, App Engine, HRSD and CSM.
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts and UI Policies.
- Support Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management processes.
- Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches and clone-backs.
- Monitor platform health and performance.
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Maintain ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
Requirements
Must have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, Consultant or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Glide API, HTML/CSS and ServiceNow development tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and database structures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience managing ServiceNow deployments and upgrades.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams.
Good to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM or HRSD.
- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
