Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and answer menu or pricing questions.
  • Enter orders correctly into the point-of-sale system.
  • Collect cash, credit cards, or digital payments.
  • Give exact change and print customer receipts.
  • Coordinate food handoff with kitchen staff.
  • Keep the payment counter clean and restocked.
  • Balance the cash drawer at shift close.

Job Requirements

  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic POS systems.
  • Clear communication and friendly personality.
  • Ability to stand for long shifts in a busy space.
