Position Title: DTP Desktop Publishing Admin Assistant
Working Location: Bukit Merah
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8am – 6pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Support in the end-to-end production of educational publications, from manuscript development through to final printing.
Coordinate with editors, graphic designers, layout artists, printers, and external service providers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
Support page layout preparation, proofreading activities, formatting tasks, and quality checks to maintain content accuracy and presentation standards.
Plan and track production timelines, monitor ongoing assignments, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Maintain and organise production-related records, files, documentation, and administrative materials.
Provide general administrative support and undertake additional production-related tasks as required.

Minimum Diploma holder.
Experience in publishing, print operations, project coordination, or administrative support is advantageous.
With proofreading experience is a plus.
Familiar with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
