At Omni HR, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
• Plan and develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and priorities
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and addressing any concerns
• Conduct thorough project assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Ensure project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodology is a plus
• PMP certification is an asset
