We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to join our growing team at Omni ************* As the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance and support to managers in developing and managing their teams
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing any concerns, grievances, or conflicts in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices
  • Develop and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Manage and maintain employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with all departments to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
