Genius Promenade Sdn Bhd is hiring!!!

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to expand our customer base, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth in the fashion and garment industry. This is a salary + commission-based role with attractive earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, corporate clients, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the company’s sales portfolio.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with the merchandising, purchasing, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the clothing, fashion, textile, or garment industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities when required.
• Ability to converse in other language is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.
