Responsibilities:

• Assist shoppers to find the goods and products that they seek
• Suggest add-on product selections to increase basket value
• Communicate well with customers / shoppers
• Tidy up the display areas and replenish merchandise
• Gain new and maintain regular shoppers with service and product sharing
• Daily, weekly and monthly targets to guide performance expectations

* 10-off days per month * Work-days are scheduled on Roster * Working hours: 9.30am to 8.30pm * Rest on Hari Raya and CNY * Overtime pay will be paid for extra work on off-days * Monthly salary paid promptly * EPF, SOCSO, EIS monthly contributions paid on-time * Yearly Performance Assessment-Appraisal for Increment-Bonus * Work-place at Cash Converters Klang Bandar Bukit Tinggi
