What We Offer:

• Job Position: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin & English speakers only)
• Working Hours: 9.5 hours including 1.5 hours break time
• Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)
• Working Hours: Day Shifts Only (Monday - Saturday)

You will play an important role in:

• Handling inbound calls and email pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
• To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information in terms of the Technical Support.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are welcome - PAID TRAINING Provided
• Fluent in Mandarin (speak only) & Excellent verbal in English
• Willing to work in Ara Damansara
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
