Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare export and import documents and coordinate with forwarders
- Manage shipping documents and maintain Excel records for traceability
- Preparing PO, applying HS codes, and other tasks assigned by the HOD.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in Logistics, Business, or related field
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Bahasa Malaysia & English for internal communication
- Willing to learn, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Working Hours:
- 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
- 5 working days per week
