Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance to Client Services team.
• Assist timely billing submission to Finance.
• Prepare quotes or purchase orders where applicable.
• Responsible in documentation and housekeeping of in house job records (eg data entry, revenue recognition, printer spec and etc).
• Prepare simple Propelis Link documentation upon request.
• On the Job Learning.
• Serves as a backup to Client Services team members.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
