Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Sushi
- Conduct food preparation activities
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure proper service
- Monitor food stocks and place orders as needed
- Maintain hygiene standards in all cooking areas
- Work experience in fine dining restaurant is preferred
- Knowledge in Japanese food is a plus
- Team spirit
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
- English language or Japanese language ability is considered a plus
- HK permanent resident only
