Hiring: UX Specialist – Digital Factory Platform

Location: Singapore

We're looking for a UX Specialist with 5+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Service Design to design intuitive, self-service experiences for an enterprise Digital Factory Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
• Design self-service workflows, developer experiences, and enterprise platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, and role-based dashboards.
• Apply service design methodologies, including service blueprints and process mapping.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Use tools such as Figma, Miro, FigJam, and AI-assisted design features to accelerate design and prototyping.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in UX/Product/Service Design.
• Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and workflow design.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, developer tools, or internal products.
• Knowledge of dashboard design, data visualization, and agile product development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, DevSecOps, AI, or public sector environments is an advantage.
