We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer I to join a leading multinational medical device company. If you have experience in validation, product transfer, and yield improvement, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering

Experience in:

Process/Equipment Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)

Product Transfer / NPI Projects

Yield Improvement & Process Optimization

Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting

FMEA/PFMEA and Validation Documentation

Key Responsibilities

Support process and equipment validation activities

Drive product transfer and process improvement initiatives

Perform experimentation, testing, and process characterization

Analyze manufacturing issues and implement solutions

Prepare validation protocols, reports, and FMEA documentation

Support the introduction of new equipment, processes, and materials

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
