About the Role
We are looking for a System Administrator to support and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux infrastructure while contributing to infrastructure enhancement and migration projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of server environments, supporting day-to-day operations, and working closely with project teams to deliver infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across enterprise systems.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, PKI, and Microsoft Entra ID Connect.
- Perform server installation, configuration, patching, security hardening, and performance optimization.
- Support endpoint management, software deployment, asset inventory, and patch management.
- Assist with infrastructure provisioning, system upgrades, migrations, and platform decommissioning.
- Support project implementation, UAT, production deployment, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 infrastructure incidents while ensuring service levels are met.
- Perform root cause analysis and escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Maintain technical documentation, build guides, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in change management activities and maintain accurate configuration records.
- Work with project managers, infrastructure engineers, and application teams to deliver project milestones.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Infrastructure Administrator.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, or AlmaLinux).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, PKI, and Microsoft Entra ID Connect.
- Experience with endpoint management solutions such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
- Experience supporting infrastructure upgrades, server migrations, or implementation projects.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
- Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Able to manage operational support alongside project-related activities.

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 / AZ-801)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- ITIL 4 Foundation
