Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bayan Lepas for a Customer Service position at Prolific Cargo Services (PG) Sdn. Bhd. As a Customer Services role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Assist with air freight shipments, ensuring smooth handling of goods from origin to destination.
• Make bookings with airlines and manage shipment schedules efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely processing of shipments.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses to shipment status and other service-related queries.
• Prepare shipment-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and update shipment records in the logistics system.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, keeping them informed about their shipments.
• Address any issues or delays, escalating problems when necessary.
• Ensure all shipments adhere to company policies and airline requirements.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and documentation.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• A responsible, humble, and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work well in a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
• Candidates with prior experience dealing with airlines or existing airline contacts will be highly preferred.
