Job Responsibilities

• Lead the chip team to complete chip specification definition, design, and tape-out;
• Responsible for the design, simulation, and verification of integrated circuits;
• Participate in the development of project plans to ensure design progress and quality;
• Solve technical problems during the design process and optimize circuit performance;
• Prepare design documents, including circuit diagrams, layouts, test reports, etc.;
• Collaborate with team members to jointly advance project progress.

Educational background

• Master's degree or higher
• Microelectronics and solid-state electronics, integrated circuit engineering, integrated circuit science and engineering, and other related majors

Work Experience

• 5 years or more of work experience in a related company
• 5 years or more of relevant work experience in the same position

Preferred qualifications

• Familiar with CMOS technology;
• Proficiency in the theoretical foundations of analog circuits and familiarity with the analog IC design process;
• Proficient in analog circuit design using EDA tool software such as Virtuoso, HSPICE, Spectre, APS, and Calibre, and familiar with layout design;
• Proficient in using Matlab for modeling and simulation;
