Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs based on drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims and payment recommendations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, site personnel, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.
• Support procurement of materials and subcontract packages.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with contract requirements and project timelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Singapore.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying for Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works in HDB and/or condominium projects is required.
• Familiar with tendering, cost estimation, progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Able to interpret construction drawings and perform accurate quantity take-offs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet project deadlines.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
