Responsibilities

BUILDING SERVICES SUPERVISOR
Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor
MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Building Services Supervisor to lead day-to-day building maintenance services operations and manage outsourced soft-service providers for a major multi-tenanted warehouse and logistics portfolio in Klang.
This role is particularly important in ensuring that the facilities remain safe, clean, well maintained and operationally ready.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily building services and general facilities operations.
  • Directly manage the appointed janitorial vendor, including manpower, work schedules, service quality and performance.
  • Coordinate landscaping and handyman service providers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify building, cleanliness and maintenance issues.
  • Monitor janitorial service quality against agreed standards and KPIs.
  • Monitor landscaping and external area maintenance.
  • Assign and follow up handyman work orders and minor building repairs.
  • Verify contractor attendance, service completion and reports.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and escalate recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with the Facilities Manager, engineers, technicians and Operations Lead.
  • Support customer/tenant requests and complaints.
  • Ensure contractors comply with site HSE requirements and procedures.
  • Maintain daily logs, inspection checklists and contractor performance records.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Certificate in Building Services, Facilities Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' relevant facilities/building services experience.
  • Experience managing outsourced cleaning/janitorial contractors is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with landscaping and handyman contractors is an advantage.
  • Warehouse, logistics, industrial or commercial facilities experience is preferred.
  • OSH Coordinator certification is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of workplace safety and contractor management.
  • Strong supervisory, communication and problem-solving skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Supervisor to take ownership of soft services and building operations within a major IFM contract.
