Job Description:

· Responsible for preparing financial reports.

• Responsible for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions include preparing of payments, verifying expenses claims by staff and verifying supplier’s invoice.
• To carry out creditor/bank reconciliation, data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records.
• Monitor and maintain daily treasury matters.
• Timely and accurate completion of all monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Prepare and coordinate on monthly audit schedule, documents and taxation matters.
• Liaise with auditors on annual statutory audit matters and tax agents on annual tax consumptions.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
• With 1-3 years of working experience in related field.
• A team player and fast learner with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
