Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily plant operations through remote systems, reports, and communication with on-site workers.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure operational targets deadlines are achieved.
• Review production reports, KPIs, and operational data to identify issues and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations through documentation and remote oversight.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Investigate operational issues and coordinate corrective actions with site personnel.
• Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Ensure effective communication between office management and on-site operations.
• Perform any other administrative and clerical tasks related to the plant, as required by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management, or a related course are favorable.
• Additional certifications in production, manufacturing, or operations management are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or production supervision.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling, inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze operational reports and production data.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
