Position : Contact Centre Agent (Australian Support)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Employment Type : 12-Month Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Salary Range : RM2,500 – RM3,000 + Fixed Allowance + Attendance Allowance

Start Date: Immediate

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to support Australian customers. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer support.
• Monitor the CRM order queue and assign service requests.
• Contact customers to arrange return parts collection.
• Create and manage jobs in the booking system.
• Prepare and update daily operational reports.
• Compile daily operational data with the team.
• Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
• Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, or call centre environment is an advantage.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) as the role supports Australian customers.
• Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
