Key Responsibilities

• Source Talent: Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find active and passive job seekers.
• Screen and Interview: Review resumes, run initial phone or video calls, and lead structured interviews.
• Manage Pipeline: Keep applicant data clean and up to date using our tracking software.
• Make Offers: Help coordinate job offers, salary talks, and smooth onboarding for new hires.
