Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Create engaging content for the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).

Social Media Management:

• Schedule and post content on social media channels.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and inquiries.

Internal Communications:

• Help create and distribute internal newsletters and announcements.
• Assist in organizing and promoting internal events and activities.

Public Relations:

• Support the team in maintaining media contact lists and monitoring media coverage.
• Assist in coordinating media events and press conferences.
• Prepare media kits and other PR materials.

Video and Graphic Editing:

• Create and edit videos for internal and external communications, including promotional videos, event recaps, and interviews.
• Design graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Communications team as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website content.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite for video and graphics
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity and a proactive attitude.

Job Types: Permanent, Internship

Pay: RM500.00 per month
