JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily outlet operations.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in achieving operational excellence and maintaining company standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and coach team members to improve their skills.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided and customer feedback is handled appropriately.
• Manage cashier operations, stock arrangement, product availability, and outlet cleanliness.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and provide feedback or suggestions to improve outlet sales.
• Ensure all SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards are followed during the shift.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth outlet operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Age 20 - 40 years old.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Have experience as a Supervisor, Shift Manager, Assistant Outlet Manager, or similar leadership role in Retail/F&B.
• Able to lead a team and manage daily outlet operations effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
