Responsibilities

About the Role

We are a Fashion & Apparel brand looking for a driven and experienced Senior E-commerce Executive to own and scale our marketplace presence across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, leading a small team, and executing performance marketing strategies across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada — including listings, promotions, campaigns, and fulfillment coordination
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (paid ads, platform boosts, affiliate, vouchers) to maximize ROI
  • Lead and mentor a small team of 1–3 e-commerce staff, overseeing daily tasks and performance
  • Analyse sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics using Excel and platform dashboards to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage campaign calendars aligned to key shopping events (11.11, 12.12, Raya, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the content and creative team to ensure listings are optimised with strong visuals and copywriting
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the fashion & apparel space
  • Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to management

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop is mandatory
  • Track record of managing monthly GMV of RM 300,000 or more
  • Solid understanding of marketplace performance marketing — paid ads, flash deals, affiliate programmes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Experience in Fashion & Apparel is an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to lead, delegate, and develop a small team
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
