· Handle the full set of accounts, including day-to-day accounting operations.

· Perform monthly account closing activities accurately and in a timely manner.

· Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledgers.

· Responsible for timely submission and payment of statutory requirements.

· Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and other assignments as required by management.

· Recording and processing daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

· Manage petty cash accounts and process staff claims.

· Manage client billing, invoicing, and contract administration.

· Manage the e-Invoicing system and processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Malaysian regulatory requirements and company policies.

· Liaise with business units, external and internal auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant stakeholders.

· Collaborate with production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.

· Support financial audits by preparing schedules and providing required documentation.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or finance-related field.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet critical deadlines.

· Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.

· Knowledge of AutoCount and UBS accounting systems will be an added advantage.

· Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.

· Working day : 5 days ( 8.00am - 5.00pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
